Sanela Karić
Sanela Karić is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience in numerous areas of law, specializing in corporate affairs, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, commercial contracting and representation of domestic and foreign clients in court proceedings. Also, she is experienced in advising foreign investors regarding the legal and economic risks of investing. In addition to her legal career, Sanela Karić is a proud member of the supervisory board of a multinational company from Great Britain. She earned her law degree in Sarajevo, and she built her career in a lawyer’s and notary’s office, and in the economy, through five years of leading 5,000 employees as the executive director for legal affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s largest diversified industrial corporation with operations in the EU. She has participated in a large number of seminars and educations in various fields of law, and is currently a member of the legal and tax advisory body AmCham in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Irfan Osmanović
Irfan Osmanović has more than five years of experience as a lawyer, and in his career he places special emphasis on legal support for foreign investors, as well as consulting in the field of mining and geological research, concessions, as well as construction projects. He is also experienced in international business transactions, commercial contracting and dispute resolution. He earned the title of Bachelor of Law and Master of Laws in Sarajevo, and is currently a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica, at the Department of Civil Law. In addition to working at the bar, Irfan Osmanović is also engaged at the Faculty of Law of the International University in Sarajevo as a teacher of subjects from the civil field. He published more than 10 scientific papers in various fields of law, and participated in a large number of seminars and trainings.
